Return to Work / Work Conditioning

What is Work Conditioning?

Work conditioning is a specialized program for individuals who have been off work for extended periods (typically more than six months). During this time, strength, endurance, and overall physical fitness may decline, making it challenging to return to job demands. This program involves targeted exercises to rebuild strength, stamina, and the ability to handle the physical requirements of a full work shift.

Benefits & Goals:

Improve strength and stamina

Rebuild endurance to meet job demands

Help you safely return to work with confidence

Typically, these programs are covered by MPI or WCB, ensuring accessibility for those who need them.
